First time for everything!

well i took my car to the track tonight for the first time in my life...

my best time was a 9.51 1/8. that was against a cammed 5.0 he ran a 9.69..

i raced my friend's t/a he ran a 9.31.. i was pratically right next to him untl 3/4 track.

and i beat a bullit with a 9.52 vs his 11.86 <--- missed 3rd, either way i was in front him anyways.


i was extremely supprised on how my car performed. espically for the mods it has. does a 9.51 sound good for where i'm at modwise?

it was 1/8 track, no quarter yet. prob low 14s hopefully, i'll know one day

thats for sure, im on the east coast and a stock 94-95 GT will run LOW 9's easy, fox body cars can run high 8's STOCK with a great driver and perfect conditions.

North carolina. The Saleen now has a best of 9.54/76.2mph( Its stock with a auto too) but a 98 vert cobra ran a 9.3x

Wow you guys are crazy! lol my 1996 GT with 4.10s, PI intake, O/R h. flowmasters, UDP, CAI, and pro 5.0 shifter runs 10.4s! lol Dont you hate density altitude of around 9000! 5800 FT FTW!

Your track is wild, I don't think I would ever run there. You need to come off that mountain 4000 ft lol.

no man its only a hill! lol our cabin is at 9200 ft and you can take our ATVS up to 13000+ FT in less than 2 hours! lol
