Our cars have a different style of turn signal flasher, and it’s located by your right knee under the steering column. It should be yellow.

There is a ground on the radiator support near the passenger side fender. That’s for the turn signal bulb. Make sure it’s there and making good contact.

You make a really good point I'm not sure if that ground is there I can't say I have seen it.
I'm definitely going to have to see if I can find .

Thank you.

Yes. I also attached a wiring diagram for the turn signals. You might have to do some digging to find the issue.

It has been a minute since my car was stock but I am fairly sure the running/parking lights and turn signals/hazzards are brighter? If this is the case and because only one light is out, I would question the bulb or wiring to that one specifically. When the bulb burns out the light just stays on(to the one still working) and the flasher stops to tell you that the bulb is out.

if the flasher was bad it MIGHT end up with only one bulb effected but idunno, seems like it would take out more than one or all of them. It is possible one was bad out of the box, just for giggles and because it does not cost anything and only takes a few seconds try taking the working one from the other side and swapping it in real quick and see if by chance ya just got a bad bulb or maybe tossed it on the dash a little too hard before you got home.

by any chance did you look inside the harness to see if any of the contacts were corroded? The wiring going to it and all its connections would be my next guess but that can suck to find....
