fog lights

I've noticed in lots of you're pictures you have the fog lights on without having the headlights on. Mine HAS to have the hedlights on in order for the fog lights to come on. Not even with just the prking lights on. And they turn off when i hit the high bem too. Can anything be done bout this?

Well, there are 2 ways you can do it....

1. Wire the fogs to fun by themselves

2. wire the fogs to run with the parking lights.

I used 2nd method.

works with the coupe also because every car came with the convertible top harness.

yeah just wire them to come on with the parking lights and leave the switch on...

In your switch that turns your lights on, there's a wire that gives power to the gauge lights and other accessories. You can splice it into those wires to come on with your parks/lights. I never run without parks on, so I just spliced mine into the convertible harness noted above, and the fogs come on with the key.

no, not even. It's a VERY simple swap of two wires in the center console, it's so easy it's almost a joke. No cutting, splicing, etc.

made it to where it works only by the switch? I want to hit the button and the fog lights come on and off, with or without any other lights off

what do u mean? my fogs work with the switch and can be on any time the ignition is on.
