Ford Racing Valve Covers

They are tall, but they do warn to check the height for the rockers. Only one way to really find out... You will probably need a spacer between the upper/lower to go with it to get enough room and then you may lose the use of the strut tower brace

I'm using a carb intake with the Sniper 2.

I should have mentioned that I use Scorpion race rockers. They are thick bodied. Not all 1.6 rockets are the same. Comp Pro Magnum rockers for instance; are thinner height wise.

thats the same that i have these will be on a 5.8 the valve cover is similar to the 89-93

My engine is an 8.2 deck. I'd like to hear from anyone that has aluminum roller rockers and the Proform Ford Racing slant edge valve covers.

Yup. I have a little trick that allows the valve covers to clear the alternator.

Gotcha. I run these covers and didn't know about the alternator problem at first.

I have the Ford branded Crane Cam rockers from a Cobra and these covers clear them fine.

That's what I thought. Stud mount rockers are taller, especially at the poly locks.

I was wondering about this myself but it said it fit up to 95. I had to modify my fox body covers to fit my alt but I am running a larger 200A HO alt and wasn't sure if it was that, or the covers.

I got my answer. The covers I linked above will work.

Not to hi-jack this thread, but I actually run a smaller case alternator to clear my hood, and it still hit.

I didn't see any prior warning when buying these about the 95 front brackets, but I ended up making everything work.
