I've been considering a Meziere Electric but at $330 that is money i could put into something else...I heard of this one last year but didn't know where to get it...now i do price isn't bad either http://www.stewartcomponents.net/Me...Product_Code=STE50046L&Category_Code=FMUSTHPR SHM sells them for the same price.
$150 for that? when a new stock one is $55. uhm, until i see someone dyno it showing a loss of HP or prove it has more flow, i'll stick with spending the extra $180 on the meziere electric one.
Stewart is a great company and make great pumps. I've used them before and they always worked great. Honestly, for a street car, I'd much rather use a Stewart mech pump than any electric pump.
Thats what one of my mechanic friends said, he's been using Stewart pumps on his top dollar builds for years and says they are very efficient and won't cavitate at higher rpm's like the stock one does.
