Front end poping/squeaking

my 94 gt has about 118,000 miles on it, while driving there are pops and slight squeaking coming from the front end on about every bump in the road. i was hoping that some of you guys can help me pinpoint this problem the springs are not even a year old yet and i had the poping before i got them. Also can someone tell me more about Bumpsteer kits? thanks

ball joint...i believe its quite common with our cars...the seal that covers them just deteriorates and crumbles then they begin to squeak

i would bet on the ball joints......i would replace them ASAP....i had one actually break on me 2 years ago,luckily i was just pulling the car around the house,if i had been on the road going around a curve or something,it could have been seroius
