Gap between rear quarter window and convertible top?

I've got this gap going on here between my rear quarter windows and the convertible top.

I assume this should not look like this?

I would compare the height and ceiling of the quarter window to the door window. If they all match up then it just may be shrinkage of the top. However, I believe you can buy new rubbers for the top frame that might help seal it up for you. They're not that expensive, I think CJ Pony Parts carry some and they are straightforward to install.
