I was counting on a 1993 Oldsmobile 88 with 180,000 miles on it, but the gas started leaking. I fixed that, then it started leaking again, so I decided to find something else. I picked up my cousin's 1998 Dodge Neon with 129,000. (LOL i kno). I know the car was taken care of which helped me buy it. KBB said it is worth $2,500, I picked it up for $800.
I want a car like that to drive through the woods and crash into stuff like fences, street signs, and mail boxes! lol cheap insurance... good MPG... good DD!
id put like 10 layers of -5% on that thing.. ;D ;D just messin.. good price though, and if it gets good gas mileage and gets you to point B.. then it must be a good DD. :thumb:
This car is mainly for winter, but I figure that I'll use it going back and forth to work everyday, help keep the miles off the stang. Thanks for the comments...lol
When driving just think of the money you save on gas. That will make it better for ya. My dd when it is nice out is my mustang and when it is not so nice is my 79 f 150. So technically my mustang is my gas saving dd :thumb:
