GT badge removal

    just wondering how the ones on each fender are attached and how to revome them..

    i imagine a heat gun or a blow dryer would help matter along?....theyre not bolted down right?

    Correct, they are held on by double sided tape.

    you have to work around it though, there is a tab that goes into the fender.

    I didn't do it in the best way, but I used a flat head and shoved a piece of cloth in it so i wouldn't damage the paint and i just broke the badge off piece by piece. As already said there is a circular tab that goes into the fender so there is a hole in the fender when you take it off. So

    I would sure go with the hair blower or heat gun. Heat makes them come off easier. Be careful if using a heat gun though.

    back in the day i put an SVT badge on my car....

    i realize now its kinda :eek:utofcloset: on a GT

    the mach badge is a running pony on the red/white/and blue...like the old school mustangs...nothing gay about that.

    yea im going with the khobra badges....its not a "cobra" since i dont have an svt certificate....but i think a 331 justifies having khobra badges... :naughty:

    preprepared to put on your flame suit around here any time you show pics.....

    My last gt had 400 Hp to the wheels, and I stuck on cobra badges. I quit posting pics here cause of all the crap they gave me over it.
