I Just started posting here, but I'm not even gonna open up that can of worms. Bottom line, I'd drive either one. They both have good qualities. The 5.0 is a good, solid, easy to modify motor, with many parts readliy available, but has been around forever. The 4.6 is also a good, reliable motor, with more and more potential as time goes on, but it gets pricey to mod.. . .Cant we all just get along? :dunno:
It's no arguement, 5.0's have been touched by the hand of God. Those 4.6's suck!!

I think most of us are just kidding lol. 4.6 are deff getting popular FINALLY in the mod world.
Yes they are, it took awhile, but there are finally quite a few parts being made for 4.6s
i used to be a 5.0 guy all the way but then when i got in my 98 and revved it to 7000rpms man did i fall in love lol :dancing6: :dancing6:

On the way... I told a few friends from modularpowerhouse.com... they have quite a few 600+rwhp 4.6's :banana: I'm not putting a blower on my car, but when I get it back together it should be making right around 300rwhp n/a... from a 4.6..
