Check ebay and the market section of various mustang sites. Some are bound to come up. Go for Aluminum GT40's, dont waste time on the iron ones, unless you get them for free.

I would save up and buy new, unless you know the history of the used ones.

I'm hoping to hit very low 12s with my POS gt40 heads, maybe 11's if I apply myself. ;)

IMO, save for a while longer and just go with big, better, aluminum heads. Offers great room to grow and you can have a cam grind to your needs. But, if you're looking for something quick and easy, junk yard gt40's, off an explorer or mountaineer, they're the same.

Before my 'upgrades' I went 13.0 @ 105 with gt40's, explorer intake, and nice cam, and I would've hit a 12.80 if my clutch hadn't given up on me.

ya have fun finding heads in the junk yard. if you really want the gt40s the remans are great. new seals, springs and a performance valve job for 300 bucks. cant really beat that. plus you get a warranty.

Ebay kicks my ass... I can never find what i'm looking for, I always end up looking at cheap cold air kits...
