Who else loves this thing?
although i'd definately go with cervini's or 3d carbon's body kit on that puppy, or any 05+ for that matter.
naw it looks sick stock, again ford did a great job with making one of the best stock cars (03 cobra is the greatest car ever created price and performance wise)
yea if I had it I wouldnt modify the body.
just pulley cai and a tune and I bet you're looking at 500rwhp
The only problem I have with Ford is they need to offer a check box for Suspension. It would be nice to pick if you want a Solid Rearend or a Independant Rear and some choices in gear ratio and spring settings. It is not like we are going to see these cars on the lot and ordered cars are going to be the norm so why not offer the buyer these choices. I like the looks of the car but for the price I would purchase a Vette again.
purchase a vette again? the car is going to be under 40usd for the hard top and add 4k ffor the vert
IRS would have added at least 7k to the price tag.
but I agree with the idea of optional gear ratios a set of 4.10's off the bat would be money
We purchased my wife a Vette used and payed $29.5k for a 2003 Z06 and that is a lot of car for the money. I like my Mustangs when the purpose was cheap transportation and cheap parts and easy to service. I will stay with the Fox but do like the looks of the new car but will never purchase. My Fox has over 150k miles and never had or has had a problem since new and reading these boards the new car has minor issues that are causing the customers major concerns.
I havent had one thing break on either of my mustangs actually now that I think about it. Noting has ever gone wrong...
i seen the gt500 at the carlile car show....it looks even better in person!!..its amazing
i love the way the grills are shaped.
Yeah it is a sweet car. If I had the cash I would buy it..... :thumb:
Maybe in 10 years I can get a used one.
Pics I took at Carlisle:
And a neat little pic I just had to add. The parking lot at the show. There were more mustang in back of me too.
