Here'a shot of the new GT500KR that's due to hit the showrooms next spring. It is supposed to put out around 540 hp and 510 ft lbs of torque. They are saying the run will be 1000 units. Pretty damn horney looking beast.

Without question, by dropping in a supersharged 5.4 with all that grunt, Ford has really upped the anty. No room for pussies in this dog fight. Bring it GM and Chrysler.

the local dealer just sold a shelby gt. the guy is putting it in storage just like it is w/ the writing on the window and everything, no gas in it. Guess he sees it as an investment. I dont think i could resist to take it for a spin

a shelby isnt a mustang, but the shelbygt500 is, atleast the body style just diff trim, " gt500". sayin shelby mustang is like sayin roush or saleen, cant say it isnt a stang cause they usin the " stang" body style, sure it has a diff name but its platform is a stang.
