my 6 is stock and i failed mt inspection in NC because of bald tires but did have a little tread

I was smart with mine, I had gotten my new Drag Radials a few days before I got my inspection........I had the tires put on the same time they did the inspection. I knew they would probally want to give me a hard time about the tires ( they are pre shaved at the factory and they look almost bald ) so I had them put them on when the inspection was done. So they KNEW that the tires were brand new and DOT legal. 8)

damn right cuz I could see one of the " head " guys there wanting to turn it down in order for them to try to sell me a pair of new tires for the back . I do know most of the guys at the shop but knowing my luck there would be a NEW guy there who wanted to be a :aresehole:
