I know this topic has been run in the ground. I have a 95gt stocker 5speed..Takes about 4 -6 seconds of cranking to start. or if you crank it for a cpl seconds let go..then crank it again it fires right up. New fuel filter was put in. timing is at 14 degrees. i do not know where the fuel pressure is. its all stock so where ever it was from the factory unless that piece has took a dump. any ideas?

Could be the fuel press regulator is slowly bleading pressure over time, happend with my POS bbk. It would take a a few seconds to start it if sat for a while. Grab a cheap gauge to screw into the schrader (sp?) valve and make sure it's where it's supposed to be when the key is turned on.
