Harness help

I changed the body harness in my gt w Mach 460 stereo. Everything lined up except for the pass door. It is a 6 pin and twelve pin on the door but two twelve pins on the harness side. It also had a keyless entry module that will be a new addition to the vehicle.

I think one of those hrns's is supposed to hook into the mach wiring that goes from the kick back to the amps.
