Hey everyone

I need some help with Header Gaskets for my 97 GT, keep hearing and reading that Remflex is the way to go with my Kooks? But i can't seem to find which ones I need. I have a stock engine. So if any one knows the part number or link would be helpful. Or a better suggestion it would be helpful.

Also do I really need a Kooks X-Pipe to make everything work? I have a X Pipe on now and MagnaFlow.

Yes, those gaskets are very good. Coupled with good thick header flanges like the Kooks should have, you shouldnt have any sealing problems. I have experience with stage8 locking header bolts and work very well too. Even after repeated use. I believe other bolt brands are available as well.

Thank you for the reply. I need help narrowing it down. The issue I'm having is Part Number. I have gotten PN3019, PN3022, PN3025. I have called RemFlex with no help with the girl answering the phone. Kooks 2 calls and no call backs.

I don't know what engine you have bur for my 4.6 2 valve I used Cometic Multi Layer steel gaskets and Nord lock (Wedge Lock) bolts, I had to buy 2 packs of Chevy one as they only come in packs of 12. I don't want to be going back in there to retighten after its all back together.
