A special tool is available for adjusting the headlights, you can buy it here at LMR. However, you do not need it. As long as you have the proper socket, you can adjust it without the tool. The tool just makes it easier. Just remove your radiator cover and hit the adjuster studs with your ratchet/socket. It's a star head.

Video for how to adjust (location for SN95 starts at 1:41):

Isn't it just a reverse torx?

EDIT: moved thread to appropriate section.

I've always just used a regular 4mm socket and a stubby 1/4" ratchet for mine.

Yes - I've always called them star drives because I didn't know any better. I have a socket set out in the garage, I should probably go look at what they are called for reals.

they're called Hexs you peasant bastards!

I'm not so sure about that - the hex's are the ones with 6 sides, with flats, like a bolt; that's a hex drive. These have more like splines, like a star. Or starfish. That's it. They have been named. From now on, until the end of time, these are in fact called Starfish bolts. The trash heap has spoken.
