Headlight problem: 1 is brighter than the other

Well , i've been complaining about my lights rofl alot. Im not sure if its user error or what. Anyways do anyone else notice one brighter than the other???

I already had 2 different sets of bulbs and i still get this problem. I didn't notice it with my stock fogged up lights so im not sure. Could it be a electrical problem or what??

I think it might be your adjusters. One isnt brighter... ones just angled downward. If that isnt the case then try different bulbs. Then check the wiring to the power source.
