Hello, new member here. I have been a Mustang guy since my teenage years which is a LONG time ago. I’ve had several Fox bodies, a few SN95s and a ‘03 Cobra. I went over to the dark side for my last toy which was a ‘08 C6 Vette. After having a couple of supercharged mod motor Mustangs I fell in love with the NA power of the Vette. The problem was that it didn’t have a back seat and every time I wanted to drive, both of my teenage daughters wanted to ride. So the Vette just sat in the garage and collected dust. So back to a Mustang we go!
I just picked up a 94 GT because it’s my absolute favorite body style. After the issues I had with the mod motor Mustangs I knew I wanted to go back to a pushrod NA setup. I’m starting kinda in reverse on this car from what I’ve done in the past. I’m starting with the interior. Once the interior is done I’m going to the exterior cosmetics, then move on to the brakes, wheel & tires combo and suspension/chassis work. After all of that is done I will focus on power. That’s why I’ve joined the forum!
Anyway, just looking for some help guys, my last Ford pushrod motor car was over 25 years ago. It was fun to drive, a built 306 with some edelbrock heads, Saleen intake and a custom grind small cam. It made 280 hp, 300 torque to the wheels. I’m hoping the newer technology and parts will get me a lot more this time!
