Hello from the area of high sales tax (Chicagoland-area)

Hello fellas,

Just wanted to introduce myself here real quick - been a long-time lurker on and off from the Chicagoland-area, but finally decided to make an account and join in on the fun. I own a 1994 Mustang GT with the 302 motor in it paired to a TKO600 with a few upgraded components, like AFR 185CC heads, mildly ported Trickflow upper and lower intake, a letter cam, 24lb injectors, etc. Most recently, decided to bite the bullet and get a MSPNP2 ECU installed and tuned (which showed some of its own problems now as of late, but more about that in a separate post...)

I bought it last year and have been progressively making changes to it - as my first real manual car, I really can't complain about it too much :^)

I wasn't aware they had such high sales tax there. 10% is a bit much. Welcome and there is a list of good parts on there to work with.

Where abouts are you in Chicagoland?

Dean’s Performance in St Charles is the place to go around here. I have not yet been there but I have talked to a few people who have had nothing but great things to say about them. I’ll be going there this summer with my MSPNP2 to have them sort out issues that my remote tuner just doesn’t seem to understand.
