HELP: No Turn Signals, No Hazards...

Like the title says, neither my turns signals nor my hazards work. The tail lights works, and the front amber running lights work.

How many flasher relays does a 1996 Mustang Cobra have? I pulled the yellow one from under the dash and the terminals look clean, not sure of any easy way to test it. What are the chances its the relay as opposed to the multi function switch on the steering column?

pretty sure its only one flasher. The most common point it fails is the multifunction switch/turn signal/windshield wiper/hazard switch on the column. Once I had an issue where they were all dead right after I had used the hazard lights because dust had settled around the switch and when I pushed it down, it pushed the dust down. I was able to clean the dust out by pushing the hazard switch 8-10 times and then it started working again.
