HELP!!!! overheating and cant figure it out

put new/used heads on my car, have a problem with the cooling system not circulating. put a new water pump and thermostat in and still no circulation I pulled the thermostat out just to make sure it wasn't defective and it still has no circulation, did a complete cooling system flush and refill and still not right. the engine block gets to about 235 and the heads and intake are around 100-130 and the radiator and both hoses stay around 70 degrees. it does build a ton of pressure on the system to were im in fear of hoses busting. I don't know where else to go with this issue.

Tell me about your water pump situation again.... and where is the pressure building?

Be sure the upper return hose has hot water flowing through it when the gauge is up. If not, youll need to burp.
