looking at a car 03 mustang person states previous owner swapped a different engine he has no idea what it isIMG_5771.pngIMG_5768.jpeg

the block will tell you what it is
cast iron blocks can be user on cobra and mach1 engines
as stated above aluminum will be the mach1 engine
so look at it closer

Do you have a pic or 2 of the actual car? Maybe it's a Mach?

Wouldn't the Mach1 have a calibration in the ECU different than a stock GT? If they did a swap, it would need that to be compatible, but not necessary as the GT would work, just not give all the extra's, unless it has a canned tune. Yes/No???

To optimize the tune, yes. But it’ll run on a gt calibration.
