Did you clean it out? Mine was connector right, but it was greasy and nasty in there, after I cleaned it thouroughly with brake cleaner and reconnected it, and it worked.
Its getting power and its hooked up correctly! And actually if I set up the dip switches so that the 1s are in the off postion and the 0s are in the on postion it works! lol Dont ask me why! But I am going to get it perfect today!

I pulled out the actual VSS and inpected the gear and everything and it was correct! I tested all the grounds and power wires with a tester and everything was hooked up correctly! I dont know maybe mine is just weird!
