Help with brake job

:help2: I'm doing a rear brake job on my 96 Cobra. There is a round spring which connects between the e-brake cable and the caliper. It is under some tension, and well of course, I took it off and cannot seem to get it back on...Any tips?

i think there is a special tool used to take this part on and off. i haven't done it myself but i've seen it done. maybe someone can chime in that has done it before.
