Help with surging from 800-1200 rpm

While running at any speed from 800-1200 rpm the car surges or spudders. The rpm doesn't jump around at all. Also, this doesn't happen while in park or idling in drive while stopped. thanks for any input in advance.

fuel issue? when was the last time u did a good tuneup, plugs, cap/rotor, wires...

bought it a month ago, changed the cap/rotor, plugs and wires. it was doing it a little before I had it tuned but now I'm noticing it more. I'm taking it back to the shop that tuned it next week but I was just checking for ideas. thanks

clean IAC, MAF and check/set your TPS should make a BIG diffrence.
