Help with vacuum gauge readings. Extremely low. Possible leak?

Would it be worth my time to re do my lower intake?
Is it possible that my combo wont make that much vacuum.
210 heads and a tfs1 cam and a typhoon intake?

Heads are big for a 302 but should have more vacuum. Won't hurt to re do it. Not sure it will fix for sure.

Yeah I know they are huge. Okay I may take it to the shop and have them smoke it to see if they can find anything before I redo my lower intake. Could a lower leak cause my awful performance?

Good, because right now I feel like i'm driving a Del Sol non vtec. Its incredibly slow right now. I'm gonna do a compression test tomorrow, but I dont show any symptoms of a bent valve.

Did a compression test and they check out at 121 exact. Is this a little low and is it still possible my rockers are too tight?
