whats the difference between these and regular cats? does it make a difference in sound or anything? are they illegal?
They are technically legal however I have heard that sometimes they will throw the Check Engine Light on. The do make the car louder as opposed to stock cats. High flow cats are the happy medium between rediculously loud and lost torque (less backpressure) of an offroad H, and the quiet stock H. They are way more expensive than O/R middies though.
