OK, time to do your homework!

Given values: 02 GT. D1SC. Stock crank pulley. 6-rib.

Question: WHAT COMBO WILL MAKE THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF BOOST?

**No 8-rib conversions**

Pick 1 from both group A and group B to make your combo.

Group A:
-Pro Grip carbinite coated 3.00 pulley
-Pro Grip 3.25 pulley
-Pro Grip 3.5 pulley

Group B:
-IW 15% 8-rib OD crank pulley (+5-6psi)
-Thump Racing tensioner

GO!

I should have mentioned that belt slip is the major obstacle here.....

Understandable, but you are on a stock crank pulley correct? If you are, going to a 7.5" OD crank pulley is adding over an inch of surface area for your belt and I would think should solve your belt slip issue. How high are you pulling the car? For what the cost of pulleys are, I would slap the 15% OD on start with the 3.0. If you happen to get belt slip than all you have to do is swap to a 3.25 and you can sell the 3.00 for near what you bought it for...

Yeah Im on the stock 6.5". I had the 3" on the blower and only saw 8psi lol (should be around 18psi). Wont spinning the belt faster (OD crank will spin everything quicker) cause even more slip? I was pulling to 6500.

Might as well get the 8-rib crank now for when I upgrade to full 8-rib in the future. You can run a 6-rib belt on an 8-rib pulley.

ah... you are indeed correct.

with that in mind, my combo:
3.0
15%

the D1SC doesnt have the heat-retention problem that a lot of top-mounts have (eatons *cough cough*) -- i wouldnt hesitate to pulley it out as small as possible.

additionally, the 15% OD will give a larger pulley to grab onto.

I'm not sure on the possibilities of relocating the idlers on the blower, but if you can get the belt wrapped further around the blower, you may find some solutions to your slip.
In an effort to prevent slip on my eaton I went with a 1 step smaller pulley (3.400) (when most people tend to go tiny) AND i did an idler-relocation kit to fit as tight as possible.

Like I said on Facebook, just get 99 f150 pulleys and you'll be good to go. The crank is 7"

Yeah I did all the research today for the 8-rib. I can do it all for less than half the price of the OD crank or tensioner.

That's the route I went my friend hooked me up with the crank and the a/c clutch. And by accident cup only parts sent me a 8 rib charger pulley so I pulled the plug and went 8 rib
