Hood clearance for a 351 conversion

Can anyone tell me if a stock cobra hood would clear a 351 9.5 deck carb'd motor, or
would I have to buy a cowl induction type hood?

Stocker will not clear...you should be able to clear it with a Cobra R hood though. There a guy on stangnet (low-50) who's running a 418 victor efi intake under his Cobra R SVO hood. Here's his web site http://mustang418.homelinux.net/pics.htm
