how many ft-lbs

how many foot lbs should i tourque my cam gears it say 95 ft lbs but i have no keyway and it seems to slip now when i put 100ft-lbs on the crank

you should tear the engine out and totally rebuild it.
they they will be fine ;)

You should be holding the cam with either a 3/8" ratchet in the back of the cam or if its an aftermarket they have a place for a open ended wrench. I wouldn't hold the crank, thats a lot of stress on your chains/tensioners etc. Very good way to get a tooth to jump. Cam gear bolts are 82-95ft lbs.

this is still going well I did what you said dalmar
