Its all easy really... Just put it together the way it came apart...

If you have pieces left over you messed up... ha ha...

I don't think painting is very hard... It just takes practice... the hard part is all the wet sanding :\

I got a gravity feed gun for the compressor for my pops last Christmas... So I'll learn myself how to do the painting

It's not quite as easy as you make it sound. You can put it back together the way it came apart. BUT if you don't follow proper torque specs, clearances, back lash, and adjustments you have just wrecked an engine, transmission, or rear. I have seen more people screw up a perfectly good engine because they thought they knew what they were doing.

I have rebuilt more engines and transmissions over the years than you could possably imagine. It all becomes second nature after a while, you get into a routine and you can literally knock them out.

There has NEVER been an engine job that I did that I did not have spare nuts, bolts, and washers. Mostly due to automatic replacement, but every now and then there were some stragglers that I thought, hmm where did this go? So it went in the round file.

I have installed all my mods except for the 4.10 gears, I had it done by a shop. I usually just get a buddy to help so that things go faster. Most mods are in my signature.

I did my catback myself. :pimp2:

Most of the stuff I learn is from my friends old camaro that is coming along slowly. It's nice working on that car because it's almost impossible to mess something up.
