how to get the most hp

i have a 96 gt with 103 k on it am planning on doing a pi swap what setup would give me the most hp. Like what kind of heads cams ect would i use to get the most gains

There's multilple options to go there.
Typically ported PI's and a good cam. you can go high rpm springs if you want. then your into a blower.
