I'm looking to replace my rear passenger side quarter panel. I've been searching on how to do this exactly but can't really find any videos or write ups on how to do so. Some say it's difficult and that I have to drill out spot welds? Anyone have any insight on this?

Thanks.

I’d suggest a good spot weld cutting bit with lots of extra blade heads.

looking at that pic more I almost wonder if a dent puller wouldn't be faster. It would take some shaping/bondo/filler at the end for sure but comparing that amount or work from separating the entire fender, lining up the new one and then welding it before paint on either option.

I am definitely considering the bondo option lol. What would you recommend to pull out the dent? Not much experience in body work...

there are a few different types of dent pullers/slide hammers. With some there is a pin you weld to the body and then you use the slide hammer to yank it out others I have seen you drill a hole and thread it and then it screws in.
