aaaahahaha! this is crackin me the fuuuk up. i did that too. i posted a comment to a guy saying "hey dude..we have the same hood" dude had not been active in like 4 years...ahaha! it happens, lol.

I tried this insanity with my 5 speed, and holy crap that was a bad idea. I even unbolted the e-brake handle mechanism..big mistake, esp. by yourself. I never did get my console all the way off, and now I have an e-brake bolt, that more than likely will break if I try to take it back out again. I have no idea what I would do if I needed to change carpets. No idea.
