how to tell the diffrence from 96-98 non pi intake plenum and tb vs 99-04 pi intake

Like Title states how can I tell the diffrence between a 96-98 2 valve non pi intake plenum and tb vs 99-04 pi 2 valve intake plenum and tb, A buddy of my bought some used 2 valve parts to sell, not sure if this *pic below* is off a 96-98 or 99-04 car? or are they the same upper intake plenum for 96-04? and what does a used one sell for, mustangs unlimited is on drugs they are selling this stock oem piece for $739.95 lol aftermarket for $139-$419

I think they were the same from 96 up to like 2001 then had minor changes but not for performance reasons, connections IIRC.

thier are differences between see that tube on the bottom right of the throttle body?

Ic ant recall off the top of my head which year is which but one is big and one is smaller.....
