i need more power

hey snakebit what kind of gains can be had with ported and polished PI heads with regular PI cams and intake on an almost stock engine? How much more power will ported and polished PI heads add over the non ported Pi heads?

You can gain 20rwhp from a good port on those PI heads with the stock PI cams, and another 20 or MORE with a nice set of cams. On PI heads over non PI heads I think the gains are around 30hp

dont we all need more power?..seriously though..your car doesnt look that bad from the video of the speedometer...you dont actually need more power..haha you want more power...

you should be able to get into the 14s with that no problem..I did it all npi with gears and lont tubes...14.6 at 96 with a horrible 2.25 60 so could of easily been a 14.2-3 with my new tires.

you should try shifting a little earlier. our cars dont have lot of top end and fall on their faces after 5500

well without the pi intake we dont really make too much power above 5k ....but im not sure about shifting any earlier...maybe 5700?...I dunno...its hard to say...go to the track..shift at 6k..then shift at 5700 then 5500..see which is fastest
