Behind the kick panel passenger side in front of the door... What's your VIN number we should be able to tell you, lots of videos out there, Google MSPNP2 Mustang install and it shows you how to access the old unit in detail, believe LMR has a really good video...

There were only 4 ecu's for the 5 litre sn-95. 2 for manual trans and 2 for auto trans.
All t-5 GT's are t4mo.
All cobras (t-5) are j4j1.
All aode auto's with 2.73 gears are w4h0.
Any auto verts or coupe with optional rear gear are u4p0 ecu.

There might be a tag just above the lower door hinge on the passenger side that identifies the ecu.

Assuming it is original, true true... So many people who do so many things, wouldn't hurt to glance... I guess a better question is what's the OP trying to accomplish :)...

Another issue, hope you can help. I need to replace my Vacuum Solenoid Purge Valve. On ebay I found one for a V6 3.8 1995 just like my engine but for a mercury Cougar. The site says it isn´t compatible with Mustang. Weird I gess. What would be the a good replacement part number and where could I buy it. I attached a photo of the part in the car. Appreciate your help
