even with heating up the tires and launching at 3500-4000 RPMs i still spin like shit. IM SO EFFEN CLOSE. So say the bottle is not an option what else can i do to get there. Maybe Conrtol arms for the rear? actual slicks? Moiser 31 spline axles WHAT DO I NEED. Heads? maybe a F303 cam, cause i take off then loose all my mid to high power... :rollinglaugh:


i have vids of all my runs but im too exhausted to up load tonight, i will do it tomm.

be more specific. What was you times...60ft, etc...

You probably just need to work on hooking up

yeah 60ft info would be helpful...also how was the temperature humidity etc...

your MPH is alittle low so maybe that 300rwhp dyno you did is accurate and your car really isn't that fast :-X

Some heads and a blower cam would probably wake your car up a ton....

1.8 isn't really that horrible. You should be able to get into the 12s with that 60.

I'm thinkin the car ain't breathin . . . . you need heads. You should have bought those TFS HighPorts I had . . . bad ASS heads.

wow you only got a 13 sec pass. I would be dissapointed too. I wouldnt bother with a cam yet but if you do get a custom cam from fti or camshaft innovations. Heads would be a nice addition but why are you not considering meth inj also?

the thing is im a noob when it comes to heads. I was told to get windsor Jr heads or trick flow heads. I just want something i can buy and bolt right up without any additional modifications..any ideas?

yea be sure to get them with 1:90 valves not the 2:xx you dont want any piston to valve contact :(, I would try some AFR or Edelbrock heads. If you want a cam the F is a nice one to run with a blower.......but you cant beat a custom grind.

A flat 13 in the quarter is right at a 8.30 in the eighth.......can you post your time slip. Not bad numbers but there is room for improvement for sure, with 300rwhp I still think you can go faster.

did u let the car cool down? ice it, i know those kbs can get things hot. prolly can get 12s with just letting it cool off.

dont feel bad paul i ran a 13.2 but that was on streets with not traction at all and granny shifting.... how many passes did you get at the track?

i thought my trap speeds was good enough for 12's im a little worried cause i think my tranny if fixing to go, id shut down and put the shifter in neutral but there was alot of noise when i did. o well, drive it like you stole it.

im thinking before i get into heads, i need to buy some slicks and drag lites for the track and some Control arms for the rear

suspension would help, there are people with less mods, running better times because of it.

you need some rear end parts like shocks / LCA'S / UCA'S to help plant that ass end, you can cut a little more off your 60ft time to lower your eighth time, and your over all et. Is your car spinning on the 1--2 and the 2-3 shift? Are you powershifting or granny?

he better be granny shifting it or they will be pullilng out that t5 for a rebuild soon ;D. If i was you paul id get a set of heads and some lca's if you aint hooking
