This poor fella came into the hobby shop and said the car won't let him move more than a few inches either forward or reverse. That was about a month ago. Me and some other people looked at it and said it wasn't the transmission, it was the differential (we could hear it). He was kind of in disbelief and it took like five people saying the same thing to convince him. We just recommended he buy a complete rebuild kit since it was old and he probably didn't know the maintenance history of the vehicle. So yesterday he pushed the car into one of the bays and began disassembling the rear diff, and this is what we found...
