ok cause i talk to a few mustang shops here about that and they told me its not just droping it in i have to change the harness wirering and the computer if i had the money to go ahead and do it but i have to change all that r they right?

They are wrong,
you don't change the harness/ecu etc unless you want to use the ignition system off the newer engine....otherwise you just swap your stuff from your old setup like fuel rails/coil packs-wires and timing cover then you don't need to change the harness etc making it and easy swap.

DTP is right its not just a drop in for sure. Your putting a pi motor in from a non pi motor. You will need the pi intake, and 8 bolt flywheel also. I used the same harness and puter just swapped everything over like DTP said. Im assuming your buying a long block. oh yea and you need the coolant hose for the pi intake the old one wont work. Everything else ( i think im not forgetting anything) you can switch over from your old motor.

Good luck!

Either way, you'll be happy.
Budget wise, motorswap is what I'd say.
