Inserts for rear bumper and around plate???

Im kind of lost on who to get the bumper inserts from. latemodel has the cobra letters, but doesnt say what color black they are. American muscle only has the lower valance in three diffrent colors of black. So not really sure how to get the right ones when buying from 2 diffrent vendors. Also has anyone blacked out the panel around the plate? is there a overlay for this? Also post pictures of trunk panel if someone has done it.

Ebay makes the lettering clear, and they go for like 10 bucks. I may pick up a set for the 97.

Kinda like the white sn in the picture, but I just want it black around the plate not all the way to the tail lights.

If you cannot find a cut out and want it to look like paint my advise would be to stop by a wrap shop. Average costs for a full custom wrap,$800-$2000+ however a small square should be a fraction of the cost, its removable, and can fit any desired dimensions. Good luck

I have seen people use 3M vinyl on the area around the plate and it looked good to me. I didn't save pics though
I have also seen this area painted a flat black along with the bottom section for a nice touch.

Well sounds like I will be doing this myself. I use to race dietbikes and always did my own graphic. So this shouldnt be any harder.

I have been considering painting that area since I smoothed everything in on the trunk lid from the s281 spoiler to the license plate frame. Not sure I will pull the trigger or not I will decide after its painted.
