1st question is will an edelbrock upper fit a stock lower? 2nd question will I need a tune if I have 75mm MAF with an optimizer to run 24# injectors? Thanks everyone.

No the upper won't fit a stock lower

You won't need 24# injectors with a stock GT top end. Don't waste time and money on that just yet.
