I've been looking around online for some GT40 heads for my car (because I want to convert it to Cobra Spec), and I keep seeing the Iron GT40 heads for almost 400 a piece assembled and stuff when I can get Aluminum GT40X's for like 450-550 each. Why is this? Oh, and is anybody pulling some off anytime, because I (and everyone else in the world) want them.

I thought the cast iron should be considerably cheaper, if not, where's it all going??

That's what I want to know, half of the good complete sets of legit cobra heads are almost as much as the custom aluminum ones. Anybody know why?

Check www.nloc.net under the Gen1 Lightning parts section. A lot of guys pull the GT-40 heads of their 351w's for something a little bigger. They're pretty much the same as cobra heads. I sold mine for $350 last year and have seen a few other sets for around that price.
