IRS Rear Cobra - Rear Wheels Have Free Play

I've got some free play in my rear wheels, when I push on them from side to side.
Looking closely I can see that my cross axis joints are shot!

Any tips for swapping these out at home?

Thanks boys, have found the fulltiltboogie version of this kit!
I was lucky to find one here locally that someone wasn't using.

I'll make a step by step guide when I replace mine this weekend...

That's one side done... not a difficult job actually

All done, and not a difficult job at all... I can feel the difference in corner exit.
A lot less knocking from the suspension now as well. BUT I will need other bits replaced back there for sure.
