I know this guy who is selling his 95 saleen clone. As most of you know in 94-95 they made no s302, only s351 and a few v6 models. This guy put together a really clean s302 "clone". I was thinking of picking it up but the price seem pretty high to me at 12k. What do you all think???

Well I can tell you just by looking at the blower that it's a 1.5 kb....with no bypass :nonono:

And the front end isn't from saleen....it's one of those cheap knock offs that stick way out. (fugly)

...change the front to a real saleen facia, and maybe it's worth it.(good amount of mods)

He put one of those crappy 99+ Saleen bumpers which are made to fit 94-98s, IMO they look horrid!

  4. wow... that front bumper cover looks like complete shit...

That car ain't worth 12 grand...

Its worth maybe 5... but I doubt that too... So I would use this a Daily Driver... if something happens to it, the insurance company will only give you what kbb.com values it at... so you would lose SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS...

If you want it to use as a weekend/summer driver or a show car... and you think its worth spending 12 grand on, then go for it...

seems like a nice car... except for that front bumper, yuck....

It seems like a pretty nice car but like Greg was saying, you are putting yourself in a pretty big financial risk if anything ever happened to it.
