Is your oil filter housing one of those with a coolant canister looking thing on it
Coolant is cooing the oil filter housing

If you do have one the seals could be worn inside of it

But it dose look milky

Another one maybe the head gasket coolant leaking internally to oil

Explanation I got from an engine builder friend of mine:

"It is not coolant. A normal motor will create some water vapor. What doesn't burn off goes into the catch can. That is why it is called an oil water separator."

Sound accurate?

If you don’t drive the car much or only short distances this can happen because the temps don’t get high enough to evaporate water in the crankcase.

Yeah that makes sense. I mostly just drive it a couple miles here or there.

You should be changing that oil mega often if not reaching NOT for a while.
"Modern motor oils contain additives to combat the acid build up in the oil. As the oil becomes contaminated and turns acidic, the additives get used up. Preventing acid buildup is a very big reason for changing motor oil regularly. Short trip driving is the worst kind of driving for this problem as moisture is not boiled off during driving cycles."
