Is this easily fixable?

This is a picture of the passager side front where my tubular k member is bolted to the frame/unibody on my 96 mustang notice the rip in the metal?

Oh dang!!! That does not look good. Wow. Sorry dude.

I have no idea how hard that would be to fix, but I assume hard. I am sure someone else will chime in with good info.

Jeez, what even happened there? I'm not sure what I am looking at - did the part where the K member bolt into the...what, frame I guess? Did that just rip out? Like part of the frame/unibody is still attached to the bolt in the k member?

That frame rail is FUBAR.
No body/frame shop is allowed to weld on a frame leagally.
I'm not so sure you can get the metal back into place and be able to get a good weld on it. IMO, you need to replace the whole front clip

dam!!! yea seems like you either have to replace fron clip or find a good welder buddy and hope for the best. i know i'm going to go look at where my frame and kmember meet and make sure i'm good now.
