Both look fine as well.

As long as they aren't making any noise and everything is tightened to spec you should be fine.

Rubber donut? What is that? Looks like the bumpstop to the struts.

I believe that piece is supposed to be on the underside of the shock tower but I can't tell from the picture.

It is under the strut tower. The alignment shop says they need to come out. He did say I think bumpstop.
